P.S. I have an 18-month old, and can't imagine how hard it would be having two, especially with the exhaustion you feel (I've been struggling with it for months, too.)
Hope Klonapin or Celexa work for you. I can't tolerate Celexa or any other SSRIs -- they make me very tired and foggy headed. For me, those side effects didn't go away. (But I am in the minority by far.)
