No.. you didn't inadvertently start a flame war. I inadvertently read out of context! Sorry. I got what ya meant. But... even if Ya did mean it that way.... I'm the first too admit.... I'm not experienced in all this. :-)

I don't think taking a valium was necessarily unwise, my pdoc prescribe me some too... in getting used to FXR and to help on with the anxiety. As long as I kept it as an occasional use, he was all for it. It definately helps the hard parts.

How much time did you decide to "test" the drug? I can total relate to the depersonalization you spoke of. I didn't even realize till I stopped it... but I was like thinking in a fog. All the sudden my thinking seems clearer. Bizzare. And the clumsiness.. boy can I relate to that! Hopefully that will clear up for you. The clenched jaw sounds rough,.. altho I didn't experience that particular aspect.

Hang in there.... you are more insightful then you know!!!!!

Things are still going great on my end.. thanks for asking.
