I did take prozac during my pregnancy with my third child. I, too, was assured that everything would be fine, which it was. My baby was born healthy, but I will always wonder. She seemed very fussy after she was born, and weighed less than her brother and sister did. I think it's up to you. I really did need to take it, or else I wouldn't have.
