I was on paxil for only a very short time; I never got past the starting dose. It made me *really* sick -- nausea, tinnitis, painful prickly feeling on the back of my neck, etc. It also KILLED all sexual sensation. It was the worst for that. I take Zoloft now, with only a little trouble.

I began with effexor, added serzone, and am now just starting 600mg of serzone without effexor. I am curious about paxil because it is used to treat social anxiety, which i experience a lot of. Has anyone had luck in treating there social anxiety with paxil? I would also like to hear from people who suffer in social situations. When i come into contact with people I become a different person. I become terribly self concious and my thinking becomes tensed and really slow. Does anybody else xperience the same. I would love to hear.
