As a reversible MAO-I inhibitor, it is in a class of (marketed) drugs by itself. And, yes, unfortunately, the drug is not marketed in the U.S.

I've got 300mg now, but I think i'm going to increase up to 450 mg, because for social phobia it's supposed to be taken at a higher dosage. But my depression has completely desappeared, which is already a great thing. I've got atypical depression. It also help with ADD. I've no symptoms left, except mild social phobia. I've been taking this med only for 2 mounths.
