Did you try any benzodiazepine before that ?
I mean, can you tell if mianserin works as good as a BDZ or any stronger/weaker ?
Well, Celexa makes some people more confident (not me). Are you sure that confidence is coming from Neurontin ?

My doctor prescribed it for my anxiety (a symptom of my depression), sleep problems (ditto), and mood swings (ditto). I like it very much. It has a very nice calming effect. I feel confident in social situations that used to make me very nervous.
