This may be a stupid question, or you may have already addressed this and i missed it, but it sounds like you might be suffering from withdrawl from the effexor, and from the side effects of starting a new med - both at the same time.

Have you considered trying to stop the effexor, and waiting until you have before starting the reboxetine?

Like I said, you've probably already thought of this...

But fwiw, i found that reboxetine made me feel like I had the flu... if you add that to withdrawl from another med, sounds like a receipe for misery...

...Just kind of thinking out loud (so to speak)... Hope you are feeling better, and were able to enjoy your evening with your friends. Best of luck, michael

> Well, I took my last effexor - 150mg on Tuesday morning, but felt like shite, so took a 75mg one on Wednesday afternoon.
> i took my first reboxatine on, I think, Thursday morning. Am meant to be on 8mg, but only been able to take 4mg Thursday am, and Friday am. None this morning.
> The itching is a nightmare isn't it... and the nightmares, the puking.. aaagggghhhh!!!
> problem is, I've been off work with an ear infection this week too (which has thankfully gone now!), so I *have* to go to work on monday - how on earht I'll manage it if I still feel like this I'll never know!!!
> Do you take the reboxatine WITH effexor??
> Oh well, back to dying under my duvet!! We have friends coming for dinner tonight and have managed to get most things prepared - It's quite a light citrusy meal so hopefully my stomach will cope!!!
