Hi. I took Revia briefly for bulimia about 4 1/2 years ago. For me, the side effects were bad and I didn't see any benefits.

There is another drug which you may consider, although I don't have any personal experience with it: ondansetron. It is mostly used as an anti-nausea drug for chemotherapy patients; however, it has recently become known for success in both alcoholism and bulimia/binge eating disorder. With bulimia and binge eating, it seems to somehow help to reset the body's internal "feeling of fullness," and study participants report eating more normal meals.
