My big success story was with Zoloft. It probably took at least a week before I noticed a difference, and I did not have any terrible side effects during that time. I felt tremendously better on Zoloft, not depressed!
However, it did poop out after about 4-5 months even with increasing the dosage. My pdoc said Zoloft is known for poop out.
