I have been on celexa for about three months now and had been doing quite well on 20 mg. About a week ago I started to experinence delayed side effects like dizziness, teeth clinching, and a feeling of being generally out of it. My doctor is now reducing the dosage to 10 mg. Anyone else had this kind of reaction later in their therapy?
