Albert Einstein also did very poorly in school, especially math.You are not alone. I was a really bright kid, and would finish my work quickly and then visit with the other kids. That was first grade; the solution was to put me in the back corner of the room with my desk facing the wall, and my back to the class.
I know that they had to do something, but it seems like they missed the big picture (it was 1956-57).
I'm surprised something with infinite promise has not caught your attention. Like computers, or building, or something like that.
