I am bipolar and am considering a switch from Lithium
to Neurontin after 9 years on lithium and had a few
questions. Has anyone been on Neurontin while on birth
control pills and what are the side effects if any?
(On lithium, I can't tolerate any birth control pills
and my doc said Neurontin would be better).
Also, how well Neurontin control mood swings?
And finally, is alcohol consumption prohibited or can
you have a glass of something on occassion?
