No, I just know I have that from doing research. I'm talking to my shrink about it now, finally.

> Sorry to hear you're having difficulty with finding the right meds. In the UK the doctors are reluctant to keep changing, or to prescribe combinations, so it is a very slow business, I've only tried 3 in 18 months.

The key is to be your own advocate, that's what I've learned. If the dr does not agree, go to a different doctor. A lot of GP's know nothing about mental illnesses and they only prescribe the meds that the drug distributors have come by and given free samples of (perfect example ... first visit to my GP and he has an Effexor note pad -- guess what he prescribed me?).

> The wellbutrin I've had to buy privately online, as its not approved in the UK, except as Zyban, the quit smoking aid!

I think I have over 100 pills of wellbutrin that I don't use anymore. 100 and 150 mg. I *may* need them again. Also have tons of prozac, some luvox, serzone.... celexa....

> I've had 3 days trying Wellbutrin + Paxil now, good news is that for me it seems to be improving the sexual problems, but at the moment it is making me feel woozy and tired, which is what I really don't want.

You may want to take the WB in the a.m. (i.e. two hours before you get up) to give you a jump start if it has the stimulating effect. Paxil, I dunno .. I hated that stuff.

> I don't know anything about Parnate I'm afraid, its an MAOI isn't it? DO you have to do diet restrictions? Elizabeth Shapere who used to post on here and posts on ASDM has a lot of expereinece with this I think.

Well I've been on it for over two weeks and I feel great; hopefully it'll work in the long-term. I haven't had problems with the dietary restrictins, only thing that pisses me off is I can't have sushi anymore (soy sauce/avocados, I eat tons of it).
