Michael,

When I was on Effexor and missed a dose, I would have what I describe as "night terrors." These dreams seemed more more than reality and I had a very difficult time waking up from them. When I took the Effexor regularly, I didn't dream at all. Nada. None.

Now that I'm withdrawing from Effexor (day 14 and hanging on), my dreams are very vivid and graphic like you described. Difficult for anyone who hasn't really experienced this before to understand. Sometimes the dreams are "terrors" and sometimes just less than pleasant. Always very graphic and feel real; always feels difficult to wake up from. Many times the next day, the dream seems like a real memory rather than a dream.

I'm not sure if my reading my experiences help you - hope so. Good luck!

Cheryl
