Hi Dari!
Zyban is Wellbutrin. Doctors discovered that WB was causing smoking cessation in depression patients and they decided to market it as such. They decided to give it the name Zyban because they thought that people trying to quit smoking would hear the namw Wellbutrin, connect it with depression and not use it for that reason.
