I am learning Dreamweaver now. My background is in publishing, and the new technology has been a mystery. So because we had to hire people to update the site, we were limited by cost. I am still having some trouble translating the previous material from Program X (the first person who set up the site used a system no one else could figure out), then it was Adobe, then FrontPage, now Dreamweaver. But I think within the next few weeks I'll get a handle on it.
