You know, that really sucks! Topamax is my next possible addition, and I have already struggled with horrendous PMS my entire life. I actually consulted a gyn-doc begging for a hysterectomy, at which time they sent my on a wild goose-chase for a PMS effective birth control pill, of which I never found.
That new pill, Serafem or something (just Prozac actually) is suppose to change the way doc's treat PMS. Unfortunately, they don't seem to listen when you try to tell them you've already been there and done that :-P
