I think I'm very fortunate because my insurance plan is unmanaged as to mental health benefits. I see my pdoc for an hour once a year as long as things are stable meds wise. We talk on the phone about once every 2-3 months when I call up for prescription renewals. I don't get charged for these phone calls.
