I have a very good friend who keeps me smiling all the time so I'm in good shape. Glad to hear you are doing well. Sorry about the pain in the ass cycles though. I know what you are going through. I just visit on occasion now too and post infrequently but i read and keep up. I was very glad to see you even if it is for just a little while. Take care and e-mail me if you are so inclined.
