Sorry to hear that the Naltrexone didn't work out for you. I took it without any problem. I started it for alcoholism problems but got the added AD effects so kept up with it.
Provigil on the other hand gave me such painful constipation that I had to stop it after 5 days. I tried to give it the most time I could but reverted to Adderall for my stimulant.
I don't remember your story of why you are trying to augment but have you considered trying the antipsychotics? I really like the Zyprexa I take. It has good AD qualities and has really cleared up my thinking.
As always, YMMV but that's part of why there are so many meds available to us.
