Hi KAP,
I am 37 and recently diagnosed with ADD. It's hard to say which drug will work best for you. You just have to start trying them. I started with Adderall, and that made me very agitated. It works really well for some people though. Now I am on Ritalin; it gives me a nice boost, but I'm not sure how effective it is on for concentration. I think some people also take Dexedrine. I may ask my doctor about that one. Good luck.
