i know this isnt worth much but at least you got told. mine just inserted tab "a" into slot "b" and imploded. i was glad to see the worthless little runt go. one minute he's telling me how far i've come, then i get his houdini routine. i hope you find another doc who gives a damn. you might want to spend a little time laying down "snowie's ground rules for doctor-patient relationships". the two retards i had for pdocs sure helped me with this and they very much ARE set in stone. VERRRRRRRY OOOOOOLDE stone, too.
if you feel you are due an explanation, i'd write this guy a letter. these types seem to respond better to paper than to faces. paper has no feelings and what's more it can't punch thier lights out or cry. chances are you'll get a very terse, clinical reply and that will be that. i DON'T recommend trying to talk to him. just like w/leetle dr. runtenstein, he's proven to you that he can't be bothered. why give him the chance to hurt you again by being uncaring to you in person?
much to my own amazement, it was my friends, not me, who wanted to find out what dr. runtenstein's problem was. i was just happy to move on and my new guy seems alright. as more than one person-including my therapist-has told me: I am the only expert on how i respond to drugs. and with drugs of this genre, all anyone can do is try them and see what happens, which is what i do while informing the doc of course. if you have a talk therapist get a few rec's from him/her. thats how i found my new guy. good luck and keep both dem eyes open!!
