Kelly: Of course you tell him about your suicidal thoughts. There's nothing to be gained by playing a guessing game with someone who you've retained to help you. You're not the only depressed suicidal person in the world. Many, many have been helped and are living full rich lives. You can be, too. Give the new shrink the whole story and do exactly as he says.
