Thanks Chris- I wish I could take Depakote , but my liver just chews it up. I am hoping that my labs, done this am, will show a significant decrease in the carbatrol levels and maybe thyroid too. I can only hope. I await a book on the topic from Amazon.com and am seeing my psychologist everyother day. I still cut this morning but I wasn't angry yesterday so maybe something is working. If now I could just stop feeling the need to feel pain...... Thanks for the prayers, I need all the help I can get. -Cyndy
