If you must leave the board Vesper, please go low and slow. We care very much about your pain and struggle. If you don't want help then that is your choice, but *know* that you are not a distraction.
Vesper, you are a hurting and precious human being, who has every right to cry for help. The beast which attacks you may seem too complex to dissect, or far too intractable to melt, but help is out there, somewhere.
I know you've sought help, only to take off running when it approached. I know you've sought help and no one came and you were left alone and cold. You may have a 'plan' for fixing this 'state' of mind and spirit, but please consider really seeking, demanding help.
I mentioned in another post to you that you really need to get to that ER and *stay* there until you receive some help and compassion. You may think all you are is this 'problem', maybe it's all you can see from your unlit cellar, but Vesper, you are a lot more than just the bad feelings.
Your person and character have so many other facets, so many more qualities, please don't lose sight of those positives, they constitute your essence just as much, if not more, than the darkness.
You will remain in my prayers and thoughts Vesper. We humbly welcome your presence on this board, even if you're in a deep pit. Please allow someone to reach for your hand.
