Sounds to me (unmedical advice, of course) that the dosage is too low.
Now, as for the sex. The only way I could imagine a stimulant being good for sex is by improving concentration. If you are easily distracted during sex or cannot concentrate on the pleasureable sensations, then I would imagine Ritalin would help.

maybe it could help your sex life just by giving you the power to get out of bed… and by giving you the physical energy to be out and about. I mean the chances of having a good sex life when you are in bed asleep all the time are pretty bad.
