I don't know anything about the FMLA, which is kind of embarrasing, because long ago, in school, I wrote a policy analysis paper on the topic, before it was actually sumbitted and passed. Hopefully someone else here will know. I think, tho, there is probably a toll free number in the federal government you can call for help. Check the gov pages of the phone book, or online. You might call ERISA info, or somethng along those lines. Good luck.
