And I;m sure there is no need to feel bad about thanking anyone here.. we've all had our times of calling out for help...
I know I'm still pretty much a newbie, but the care and thoughtfulness of people on here mean so much already...

ps - Saw a psychiatrist who said, if I needed to smoke right now, not to let it bother me. So keep smoking, and save that wprry for when you're better x
