It depends on what you're taking the dexedrine for! ... If the idea is simply that you feel best on a dopamine-acting med, then low-dose seligiline (a MAO-B inhibitor) might be something to consider. If you're taking it specifically for ADHD, narcolepsy, or other such specific syndrome, then the decision will have to be carefully tailored to your situation. Why have you been taking dexedrine in the first place?
