Judy: Have you considered asking your doc for a sleep study. You may have an underlying condition creating your problem.
Welbutrin in the am is fine, and the Neurontin can be increased. Ask your doc if you could try 600 before bedtime. I took Neurontin once for neurological pain and was at 3600 mg a day...very safe drug.
