> OH.. I'M 30 YRS. FEMALEI am taking dexedrine in combo w/some other meds, although not for ADD. I definitely found a difference in the short-acting tablets vs. the spansules. The spansules did not work nearly as well as the tablets. (Found that I need to continually remind my doctor to write the RX for TABLETS, though--even though the 5 mgs don't come in capsules, if he doesn't put the word "tablets" on the RX, my pharmacy makes me take the RX back to him.)
The maximum I've taken was 45 mg. daily--15 mg. about 7am, another 15 mg. at noon, and 15 mg. at 3pm, NO LATER. I take 10 mg. of Temazepam to help me sleep.
