I took reboxetine for about 10 weeks--the first 6 at 8 mg/day, then went up to 10 mg/day. I really didn't notice an effect on my mood until I went up to 10, but I heard them discussing someone else who had dramatically improved after only 2 weeks at 8, so it may just not be the drug for me. I decided to discontinue it because I wasn't getting all that much benefit, and a couple of the side-effects were starting to get to me, amongst other reasons.
