is there any possibility you are able to call a crisis line. i have found them to be extremely helpful during those very low times when nothing offered hope. you need not give your name and you only need to tell them what you feel comfortable saying. people like husbands and friends often feel overwhelmed with a very depressed person, especially when they care dearly. with depression this severe, i also wonder if mental help therapy is an option. my therapist and pulled out of hell more times than i can count. suicide, while a definite option, will be your final one and i believe with the proper medication and professional supports, you will find relief. do try hard to fight these fatal tendencies.
