Thanx for the info, Scott.
As for the effect of caffiene, I don't get much from it at all. I do *have* to have my morning coffee, but other then that it really doesn't act as a strong stimulant for me. In fact, a couple times I have taken up to 400mgs(you know, those caffiene pills), and actually got back into bed and taken a nap!CarolAnn
