Luvox?

Posted by Janice on December 4, 1999, at 21:20:28

I just started on Luvox. I know it is an SSRI but I have never seen anyone writing about it on this board - does this mean it works so good for everyone who takes it, you're no longer depressed? Somehow I doubt it.

I've tried both Paxil and Effexor that both worked for a month or two, then promptly stopped working. I'm not really expecting much from this AD.

One thing that is different this time, as opposed to the times I took Effexor and paxil, is that I am also taking Dexedrine.

So my questions are;

What kind of an AD is Luvox?
Would taking a stimulant increase the chances of an SSRI working for me?

Thanks once again for all your great knowledge and help, Janice.
