I was prescribed 300mg last fall to augment Remeron. I had to get bloodwork and an ekg done before I was allowed to start lithium. Then bloodwork periodically after that. I couldn't tolerate it, and was off it by spring.

The warnings on my script vials said no ibuprophen, so I figured there must be a good reason and just switched to other pain relievers, although I think I recall my doctor saying that at such a low dose it wasn't really a problem. Why risk it, though?
