I notice the same thing on Prozac. My vision gets fuzzy and blurry sometimes. If I am looking at black print on a white piece of paper, or white on black -- in other words, some sort of high contrast-- in the blurriness I almost see a shadow image of the news print. I think it must be related to the Prozac, because I noticed this only after I started taking it. SSRIs apparently can affect the tear film in the eye, so some of these visual phenomena could be secondary to that.
