I was curious as to what some of the recommended SSRI's would be for a bi-polar patient with hyper active A.D.D tha is also suffering from premature ejaculation. I was in the Army for a period of time and don't know if the rumor is true about the use of "salt-peter", but did notice a drastic change in stamina I guess you could say. I Have tried all the techniques that are normally suggested with no luck. Is there any help for something of this nature?

The same thing (anorgasmia) happened to me, on Luvox, Prozac, and Zoloft. The only medication that seems to help that doesn't cause anorgasmia for me is Serzone. It gives me more energy, makes me feel more confident and less hopeless, and does not cause the unfortunate sexual side effect that most of the SSRI's have done. (Either it's the Serzone, or just the relief at being off the SSRI's and being able to pop my cookies again!)
