Effexor made it different for me, but more intense when I got there. Periactin, or cyproheptidine, made a difference for me in this regard. It's an anti-histimine, and it made the sensations so much more vivid I can't tell you.
Also, my experiences recently tell me that while all alone it was harder to make myself scream, with a partner it seems pretty easy and all together earth shaking!
Effexor is my miracle drug. Good luck, and may the same be true for you.
