> Is this just a short term effect of the drug?I can relate: After being off of Prozac for about 2 years, I took about 2 mg of the liquid form, and felt a sense of peace, blessedness and sheer Happiness such as I'd never before experienced! As with you, though, it didn't last. I'm convinced all of these states are manifestations of the serotonin boosting effect. Maybe the brain adapts, in a not necessarily functional way.
