> Hi. I'm on SSRIs for major depression, and finally at the point where things like orgasms might matter again. While my vibrator isn't too distressed by my lack of climax, I am. I've heard rumors that there are drugs that can counteract this side effect, but my doctor said that she hadn't heard about them. Does anyone know anything about what drugs or doses can give me back my sexual response?

I noticed that medline, the online library of medical journal abstracts, has good information of this very issue. As I recall, studies indicate that Yohimbine was one of the most effective for restoring orgasm. You might start with a keyword search for "yohimbine" and "antidepressants". Yohimbine is available as a supplement in health food stores in the US.
