I am diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder and Depression. I think I may also have episodes of Derealization (thanks for the feedback, Levi). Does anyone have AD advice or advice about any other type of suitable medication?

> CassHello Cass. When Prozac gives out, there are two approaches that seem popular. First understand it is usually better to tweek something that has worked before switching completely. Psychiatrists often refer to Lithium as a Prozac turbocharger. Smaller doses, not the huge doses usually used for full blown mania. Also, Naltrexone 25mg shows lots of promise with Prozac in ending "poop-out", restoring the Prozac's effect even better than the first go-round, and allowing a smaller dose too. Both methods worth exploring. For more information of Naltrexone, look at posts in June, May and February from WAYNE. For some, Prozac/Naltrexone is a miracle. Hope it helps, jamie.
