Hi all. I was prescribed Celexa for mild depression
and I started with 10mg a day for the first four days
just to ease the drug into the system. After that
I upped the dosage to 20mg a day. My MD said that eventually
I might need to increase the dosage to 30mg once it
felt as if the drug was plateauing.Anyway, I went to 30mg after about 3 weeks and noticed
less control of my emotions and ironically a general
reverse effect. I went back to 20 and have felt better.
Has anyone else had adverse reactions with increased
dosages? Perhaps I upped the dosage too soon?Any thoughts would be great, thanks!
