Thanks for your reply Mary Beth. I was having computer problems and am now just getting your reply. I have upped 25 mg to 100 mgs daily and it has helped so far.

Stat in touch with your progress on getting off effexor. From other postings that I have seen the symptoms are temporary. I'm assuming thaty you may be done with them by now. I hope so. Let me know how you are doing.
