I tried SJW for a while last year, and I can
assure you that it's no placebo. It's true
that side-effects are less than with
conventional meds, but not totally absent.
A caution: it stays in your system a LONG
time--I took too much the first day (for me
only half a capsule, but that's just me) and
spent at least a week waiting for it to
level off! It's also not to be mixed casually
with other meds unless you really know what
you're doing...
