Wellbutrin and Lorazapam?

I am going to start taking Wellbutrin for Depression but I also suffer from Panic Disorder. I am afraid of the anxiety side effects of the Wellbutrin. I have a prescription of Lorazapam for panic attacks, it is ok to take it with the Wellbutrin to keep the anxiety down?
