I have been going through quite a lot myself recently..deeper depression, anger,etc. Usually when I am really angry at something for whatever reason, I usually discover that I am very sad and hurting inside. Then a stranger can say an unsolicited compliment to me and I have to move quick because there's going to be a landslide of tears. I always want so much good from myself and I so often miss the mark...just had to talk-God Bless You. Phil
