Sorry to scared to say muchTo Rabbit and everyone inside - Being abused is scary and being multiple is scary, isn't it? You have come to the right place. It is true that you are not alone. No one knows who you are here, so you are safe. What do you feel able to share now? It might help to know how you were abused - physically, spiritually, both and/or other? Are you talking to anyone about this, especially someone who knows about multiples? There *are* those who know about multiples and like to work with them. Recovery is hard, but the result will be worth it. I would like to hear from any and all of you, but nobody at this site can substitute for a therapist. I think there are plenty here who would like to give you support, but I am afraid something here might "trigger" you. It is very important for you to have a DID/MPD therapist to talk to face to face, as well. I know it is very scary but, please believe me, the secrets need to be exposed. That's the way they lose their power over you. May God bless you and give you courage, strength and comfort.
