There is some evidence that Buspar reduces the number of thrusts prior to ejaculation in rats: not been confirmed in humans.

Logically, because of its 5HT1a activity, it should boost the action of all A/Ds that work via 5HT. But having prescribed it a few times as an adjunctive treatment, it seems to be less effective than lithium. Cheers
