I have been on the Naltrexone augmentation for 4 months. This may seem a short time considering my enthusiasm. However, my periods of relief were always very short before we were pushing the dosage to the maximum and then trying augmentations. Over the last 25 years I have tried about every a-d in the book and had 6 previous stints on Prozac. I find it hard to describe the completely different relief I feel now with just 20 Prozac and 25 Naltrexone.

I had tried many augmentation strategies but never the ones you reference.
